Our office is in-network with Aetna, America's, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Sun Life, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, Healthchoice, Dental Dental Premier and Principal. If you have an insurance provider that isn't in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.

These companies offer financing to help you pay for your treatment in smaller amounts, over time.
CareCredit is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance. They covers wellness at over 225,000 enrolled providers across the nation.
They normally offer term financing options of 6, 12, 18, or 24 months no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not pay the full amount, interest is charged from the original purchase date.
Their financing options offer extended longer-term healthcare financing such as for 24, 36, 48, or 60-month periods with Reduced APR and Fixed Monthly Payments Required Until Paid in Full.
